Chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) is a type of fungus that grows mainly on the bark of birch trees in cold climates.Chaga mushrooms have been used for centuries in Siberia and other parts of Asia as a medicine to boost immunity and improve overall health.
The harvested and dried organic Chaga fruiting bodies are granulated and then extracted with hot water. After extraction, Chaga residues are separated and extract liquids are membrane separated, concentrated and spray dried to give the fine extract powders.
